Aloha ! I welcome you to world of Hawaiian Bodywork. I have been a body worker for 10 years with qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology, Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Hawaiian Massage. Energetic and passionate, about this treatment I look forward to taking you beyond a simple massage.

Ka Huna originated in the South Pacific as a transformational massage & healing system. It is also known as Hawaiian Temple Style massage & Lomi Lomi.

This beautiful form of bodywork provides a holistic approach to healing by balancing the body, mind, its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions.

In the 90min treatment I use hands, forearms and elbows as I move around the table, working with energy and applying a flowing soft & deep tissue massage. Music is played to attune the flow of the massage to harmonise the various rhythms within the client’s body, mind & soul.

Everyone can enjoy Ka Huna bodywork regardless of size or age. It is a wonderful way to pamper yourself or a loved one.

Ili ili Hot Stone Massage. Imagine heated volcanic stones, which have been smoothed over thousands of years by gently flowing currents of water. Then, in a firm and rhythmic Lomi Lomi massage technique allow the stones to release their healing energies deep into the muscles, dissolving tension and stress. A sensory experience to harmonize the body, mind and spirit.
